
Côte d’Or is the gold standard for Pinot Noir, and this wine clearly takes its inspiration from there.
Deep ruby in the glass. The nose is all dark cherry, a touch of violet, some herbs, earthy. It’s rich, but not heavy. There’s power here, but it stays smooth and balanced.
The Okanagan Falls site really shows—warm days, cool nights, and those glacial soils give both ripeness and freshness. You get depth without losing lift.
Aged 14 months in French oak, half new. The oak is noticeable but well integrated, adding structure and a bit of spice without taking over.
Give it air. At least an hour in a decanter makes a big difference—it opens up and settles into itself.
Noble Ridge Vineyard & Winery makes a range of Pinot Noirs. Some are light, easy, and fruit-driven. This is the more serious one—and the reason to visit.
